Ian Francis Onyango

Ian Francis Onyango is the co-founder of Kenge Content Hive and an advocate for environmental conservation, passionate about empowering youth to address the effects of climate change. A BCOM Finance graduate, he currently works as a media analyst at the Media Council of Kenya, where he focuses on analyzing media coverage of environmental issues and climate change in Kenya.

Design Reparations was born in 2024 as the result of Cecilia Scolaro and Tiago Vilas Boas coming together. Their combined experience and knowledge in Responsible Design, Indigenous knowledge, Regeneration and Community building gave shape to Design Reparations.

As guides, we nurture reciprocal relationships between designers, innovators, Indigenous representatives, and everyone working to repair our relationship with the Earth, including making sure Design Reparations has what it needs to actually happen.

Cecilia Scolaro

Responsible Design strategist, coach, educator and consultant.
